Zen Rebalance is a massage therapy sanctuary located in the heart of Tampa, FL. With one dedicated and licensed massage therapist (License MA104277 and License MM45045), we specialize in offering focused, personalized care in a calm and supportive environment. Our mission is to help each client reconnect with their body and mind through intuitive touch and healing techniques. Whether you’re seeking the deep release of a deep tissue massage or the calming rhythm of a relaxation session, every treatment is customized to meet your individual needs and wellness goals.
Focused, Individualized Care
At Zen Rebalance, massage therapy and Reiki are offered as separate, standalone services—each requiring full attention and intention. While you may schedule both in the same visit, we never combine them into a single session. Reiki is a focused energy-healing practice that helps realign and balance the body’s energy centers, often performed before or after a massage depending on your preference. Our massage services include deep tissue, Swedish/relaxation, therapeutic, and chair massage—each thoughtfully delivered to provide relief, renewal, and balance without any unnecessary distractions or generalized treatments.

We’re not a spa, and we don’t offer couples or group massages—Zen Rebalance is a one-on-one experience led by a single practitioner devoted to your care. Our offerings extend beyond massage with a curated selection of wellness products including Cryoderm cold gel, warming lotion, magnesium oil, chakra stones, and handcrafted crystal bracelets. Please note: sessions are by appointment only. We are located inside Sirius Fitness in the green warehouse building—feel free to park anywhere except directly in front of the doors.
